Veracruz View - A specter is haunting the port of Veracruz: the ghost of the movement's Legend Lives Chucho el Roto, not the unfair charges on electricity. The federal government forces led by the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) as well as elements of the PGR, have joined in a holy alliance to exorcise those who do not pay energy and force them not to spread their ideas among the population.
