extruded RECIPE BLOG " A HERBS "
INGREDIENTS:
semi-skimmed milk 250 ml 200 ml
400 ml cream orange juice 120 gr sugar
orange zest 3 egg yolks (I've put too clearly)
2 tablespoons cornstarch ½
Bring a pot of cream, milk (reserve a little to thin cornstarch and egg yolks), the strained juice, sugar and orange zest. We put to fire and when it boils add the milk and cornstarch and egg yolks. Move around and when thick from the fire. Pour into glasses and let cool and then put in the refrigerator.
