Behind The Green Doorstream

BATTER WRAPPED IN PUFF PASTRY APPLE QUICHE




INGREDIENTS:

10 medium sized apples (as many as you want to do)
2 sheets of puff pastry cream or custard

1 egg to paint the pastry



Peel the apples and take out the center. Spread the sheets of puff pastry and cut into squares. Take a square and put a whole apple in the center, put the cream into the hollow of the block, take the four peaks of the sheet and close the block above. Paint the pastry with beaten egg and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees until the pastry is golden brown.
