INGREDIENTS:

390 g of boiled octopus

2 spring onions 1 / 2 green pepper (small)
1 / 2 red pepper (small) chopped parsley


olive oil salt vinegar




have frozen octopus for 2 or 3 days.
When we leave we will use it to thaw and to cook, what I do is put a pot of boiling water with some salt, take the octopus from the hood, and hold it down 3 times consecutively immersing in boiling water, immerse the first time what we got it out, we water to restart the boil, immerse it and so on up to three times. After this leave the octopus in water until cooked. So this way the octopus will be soft.
Cut octopus into thin slices and put in a bowl. Cut peppers and onion into small pieces and add to bowl with octopus. Add the parsley, oil and few drops of vinegar. Remove and serve.

Now over time we feel like taking it so hot kinda cool, so if you prefer to put it on the fridge to cool.
