Free Knitting Patterns Papoose







INGREDIENTS:


For the dough: 500 gr

pastry flour 250 gr

warm water 25 g fresh yeast 40 g butter
ointment
1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon

oil 1 teaspoon salt


for coverage:


salt tomato paste mozzarella


oregano black olives capers




the yeast in water.
Put flour in a bowl and mix with salt and sugar. Go kneading the flour with water and yeast mixture, olive oil and butter. Gradually add the remaining water until a smooth ball (not working hard ground) cover with a dish towel and let stand for 50 minutes.

Roll dough with a rolling pin. Cut the mini-pizzas with a tin of about 5 cm in diameter. Place the discs in pre-baking trays lined with baking paper. With your fingers make a hole in the middle of each pizza, in the hollow put a little tomato paste and a little salt.
Preheat oven to 200 ยบ C and cook the pizzas with tomato for 5 minutes. Take them out and put some mozzarella and oregano, I have put some black olives and other capers. Back
baking.
