INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons milk

8 gr yeast 400 gr cherry tomatoes (I added tomato size medium) 200 g Emmental
basil oil
salt Preheat oven to 180 ยบ.
Beat eggs with flour, milk, yeast and salt until fluffy. Next add the basil, cheese, cherry tomatoes, halved or the middle cut, a little oil and mix well. Brush
a silicone mold with a little oil and pour the mixture.
Bake 30 minutes or until the egg is studded (prick with a skewer through the center and found that this comes out clean).
Cool and unmold.
