CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH COFFEE

INGREDIENTS: 280

gr.
flour 320 gr.
sugar 80 gr.
unsweetened cocoa 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon baking


1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 250 ml of coffee


250 ml milk 120 ml sunflower oil
2 teaspoons (10 ml) white vinegar ( I have not since)



Preheat oven to 180 º.
Grease and flour a pan.
In a bowl put the eggs with the sugar and beat. Add the coffee, milk, oil and mix. Pour the flour with cocoa, salt, yeast and baking. We mix everything well that there are no lumps.
