INGREDIENTS: (for four people)
2 medium octopuses
6 medium potatoes 1 large tomato
1 large onion 5 cloves garlic 2 leaves
bay white wine 250 ml of oil
parsley salt pepper
First
cleaned octopus and freeze it for 3 days.
When thawed and use it and put it in an oven llanda.
In a large bowl, put the potatoes cut and we add the chopped tomato, the onion, the garlic cloves threaded, bay leaves, parsley, salt, pepper and wine. This mix well and pour over the octopus.
Place in preheated oven at 180 ยบ until the octopus is tender and golden potatoes.
