extruded RECIPE BLOG "MY CORNER GOURMET "
INGREDIENTS: 270 gr
flour 1 envelope of gas or on the vesuvius
baking powder 110 gr.
butter 115 gr.
peanut butter 100 gr. sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
few drops of vinegar 1 egg yolk
egg white to brighten
Mix softened butter with peanut butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until type ointment, add the yolk and a few drops of vinegar. Then put the flour sifted with the soda slowly, mixing with hands. Integrate all the ingredients but not mixed too. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for half an hour. Taken from the fridge and make a few balls, I've been crushed with the palms of their hands. Place in a baking tray lined with paper baking and pressing over pasta with a fork so they are the grooves. Brush with beaten egg white.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 12 minutes until starting to brown.
Take them out and put them on a rack and sprinkle with icing sugar vanilla.
(Do not leave them much time in the oven because when cooled hardens)
